Features:
The nickel-plated cover TB-59 - 59 Trembucker from Seymour Duncan is a bridge humbucker pickup with a wide pole-piece spacing for symmetrical positioning under the stings of guitars with a tremolo or wide-spaced hard tail bridge (2" or wider from the center of the Low E to High E directly over the bridge pickup). Like the Model 59, the 59 Trembucker is a PAF-style humbucking bridge pickup that delivers old-school tonal character, but with a brighter top end, scooped mids, and a more compressed sound. The pickup's vintage-style coils preserve the airy quality of an original PAF, while modern enhancements such as the alnico 5 bar magnet and vacuum wax potting have been added to make it more compatible with lighter-gauge guitar strings and louder, high-gain amplifiers that were not available in the '50s. However, the TB-59 does retain a variety of traditional vintage treatments such as 42 AWG plain enamel mag wire, a long-legged nickel-silver bottom plate, and a 4-conductor lead wire for multiple wiring options. As with all Seymour Duncan pickups, the 59 Trembucker is carefully hand-built in Santa Barbara, CA.
