The reverse zebra TB-6 Duncan Distortion Trembucker from Seymour Duncan is a humbucking pickup with wide pole piece spacing for symmetrical positioning under the strings of guitars with a tremolo or wide-spaced hardtail bridge (2" or wider from the center of the Low E to High E directly over the bridge pickup). Like the SH-6 Duncan Distortion, the TB-6 is the original high-output ceramic humbucker, well suited for aggressive rock and metal players. The pickup incorporates a massive ceramic magnet and hot coil-windings to deliver well-balanced rock and metal tones with rich upper-midrange harmonic content. Great for crunchy rhythms and searing lead tones, the TB-6 delivers tight, percussive riffs and searing lead tones that are fast and immediate with clear pick dynamics. The Duncan Distortion also features a nickel-silver bottom plate, 4-conductor lead wire for multiple wiring options, and is vacuum wax-potted for squeal-free performance. The TB-6 pairs nicely with the Jazz Model neck pickup for a versatile humbucker combination, or pair it with the Duncan Distortion neck model for a killer high-output setup.
